BALTIMORE (WJZ) – Here’s a window into the world of saving energy.
Mary Bubala reports if you have single-pane windows, it may be cost-effective to install storm windows. That can help keep cool air from you air conditioner in.

High-performance windows with two or more panes of glass will do an even better job, and save you money over time.

If you do get replacement windows from now until December 2010, you are eligible for a federal tax credit up to $1,500.
