CHANTILLY, Va. (AP) -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection says two alleged sex offenders have been arrested at Dulles International Airport.

The first, 46-year-old Kehipo Bolou, was arrested Monday after he returned to the United States from Belgium. Bolou is charged with third-degree sexual abuse of a minor. He's an Ivory Coast citizen who lives in Gaithersburg, Md.

On Tuesday, CBP officers arrested 52-year-old Robert Binford of New Castle, Del., after he arrived from Kuwait. He's charged with failure to report as a sex offender.

CBP says nine people were arrested at Dulles in November on various charges.
