LAUREL, Md. (AP) — Police say they have charged a man with first degree murder in the death of a homeless man found in the woods across from the entrance to the Laurel Park racetrack.
Anne Arundel County police say they arrested 45-year-old Adalberto Rodriquez-Tolledo on Friday. Rodriquez-Tolledo became a person of interest in the case, and police say he was arrested on an unrelated open warrant. Police say Rodriquez-Tolledo then implicated himself in the victim’s death during questioning.
Police identified the deceased as 55-year old Flavio Garcia.
