Classes Resume At Md.'s Hood College

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- Classes have resumed at Hood College after the school was evacuated due to a water main break.

Students returned to campus Wednesday morning. Classes were canceled Tuesday and students left the campus that night.

The water main break left three quarters of the buildings on campus with no water or heat. Some 600 students living on campus stayed in a hotel, with fellow students in off-campus housing or returned home for the night.
