BALTIMORE (WJZ)–Baltimore City police are investigating a suspicious death on the 1800-block of 29th Street. 

The victim, 42-year-old Karen Ferrell, was reported missing by a relative on Wednesday.  

Ferrell’s death has been ruled a homicide, though the cause of death is currently unknown as police await autopsy results.  

There is no word yet on motive or suspects.
