Defense Review Of Records In U.Va. Slaying Limited

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) -- The medical records of a Virginia women's lacrosse player who was found dead in her apartment will remain sealed except for information about a prescription.

Defense attorneys for George Huguely, 23, requested the medical records of Yeardley Love last week.

Huguely, who also was a U.Va. lacrosse player, is accused of killing Love. Her body was found May 3.

The Daily Progress reports that a Charlottesville General District Court judge ruled Wednesday the records don't have anything material to the case except for Love's prescription for Adderall.

According to the National Cancer Institute's website, Adderall is a stimulant used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and narcolepsy.
