Arrest Made In December Homicide In Md.
UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County Police have arrested a suspect in the slaying last month of a Laurel man.
Jamar Slade Russell, 25, was arrested Thursday in Laurinburg, N.C. Police say he will be charged with first-degree murder and is awaiting extradition to Maryland.
Russell is a suspect in the death on Dec. 11 of James Lamont Tinsley, 28, of Laurel. Police say Tinsley was found in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.
