Maryland Gas Main Break Prompts Store Evacuations

ROSEDALE, Md. (AP) — A Baltimore County fire spokeswoman says a gas main break has prompted the evacuation of two stores in the Golden Ring area.

Fire spokeswoman Elise Armacost says no injuries have been reported in connection with the gas main break reported about 11 a.m. Thursday. Armacost says the break prompted the evacuation of a Sam’s Club and a Walmart.

She says utility crews are working to repair the break.
