Factory Site At Baltimore's Inner Harbor Sold
BALTIMORE (AP) -- A former McCormick & Co. factory site at Baltimore's Inner Harbor has been sold at auction for $11.5 million.
The site was sold Tuesday to 414 Light Street Associates LLC, a Baltimore-based company.
This was the second time the property was scheduled to be auctioned. An auction in November was canceled when the property's owner, Baltimore Inner Harbor LLC, sought bankruptcy protection the day before. The company had planned to build a 59-story skyscraper on the property.
The sale still has to be ratified by the circuit court, which could take 45 days or longer.
