Man Sentenced For Molesting 12-Year-Old Girl

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- A Williamsport man has been sentenced to eight years in prison for molesting a 12-year-old girl. 

William Nulph, 39, pleaded guilty to a second-degree sex offense on Monday and was sentenced by Washington County Circuit Judge John McDowell. McDowell also ordered Nulph to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. 

According to court documents, Nulph was living in a friend's carport and had sexual contact with the girl, who lived next door, in June.
