Where do these fools get their guns?

Essex was a great place to grow up until the Feds decided to “regionalize” blighted areas from Baltimore City to Essex and Dundalk. When they tear down one troubled area i.e., Kingsley Park,, they just create another in once very stable older neighborhoods. I know because I have lived in Essex for over 60 years and have seen what they have done to this area. The city still has one of the highest crime rates although they think people are stupid and they can hide it by manipulating the statistics.
