New Hampshire Tops Maryland-Baltimore County 63-46

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Dane DiLiegro had a double-double and Tyrone Conley scored 25 points to lead New Hampshire over Maryland-Baltimore County 63-46 on Saturday night.

DiLiegro scored 21 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and teamed with Conley to spark a 23-0 run spanning both halves.

The Wildcats (12-14, 6-8 America East Conference) scored the game's first seven points and were never threatened. Leading 18-10 with 9:35 to go in the first half, New Hampshire outscored the Retrievers 23-0 over a span of 9:51.

DiLiegro, who had six points during the spurt, capped it on a jumper with 19:44 left in the game. Conley added 10 points during the run.

New Hampshire scored 24 points off 21 turnovers and didn't allow any UMBC starter to score more than eight points.

The Retrievers (5-21, 4-9), who were led by Chase Plummer's 13 points, were just 3 of 17 from the field in the first half.
