Police Need Help Identifying Fatal Hit & Run Driver

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Baltimore County Police need help locating the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred at Rolling Road and Adil Court on Feb. 22.

At approximately 10:35 p.m., Jong Park, 56, was walking in the southbound lane of Rolling Road. The suspect vehicle was also traveling southbound and struck the pedestrian. Police say the driver of that vehicle failed to stop after the accident and continued on Rolling Road.

Park was transported to Northwest Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect vehicle is a 4-door, 1998-2002 Mercury Grand Marquis. The exact color is still unknown, but police believe that the vehicle is a dark color. The vehicle may have damage to the grill area and the windshield area. The grill area is chrome in color and has a missing section.

Police have no information about the driver of the suspect vehicle.

Those contacting Metro Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and might be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
