BLOG: NBA Deadline Frenzy
Today made me wish that that we had an NBA franchise here in Baltimore. Today was the tradeline in the league and there were a flurry of moves before 3:00pm. The highlight for me was the Celtics trading Kendrick Perkins to the Oklahoma City Thunder for Jeff Green. This deal was interesting to me because in my opinion, if Perkins doesn't get hurt, then the Boston Celtics and not the Los Angeles Lakers would've been the NBA champions. All these moves come on the heels of Deron Williams and Carmelo Anthony being dealt in the days before. I love seeing all these moves.
