BALTIMORE (AP) — Democratic Maryland Rep. Elijah Cummings will be announcing $118 million in tax credits for Maryland businesses.

The announcement is scheduled for Thursday in Baltimore at Humanim, a nonprofit organization that provides workforce development services to low-income residents.
