Protest On Education Budget Postponed
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Rally organizers have postponed a protest over spending reductions for Maryland schools statewide because of the weather.
The rally had been scheduled for Monday evening in front of the Maryland State House.
Forecasts are calling for potentially severe thunderstorms throughout the day.
