BLOG: We Have An Extension
The NFL and the players announced today that they have agreed to extend negotiations 24 hours. I don't know how to take this. On the surface it seems like good news. The players union didn't de-certify yet. So I guess it means they are closer to an agreement. I will reserve my enthusiasm on the issue, but I am still confident that at the end of the day we will see Joe Flacco, Ray Lewis, and company on the field come September
