Ritz Resident In Baltimore Seeks Gun Range
BALTIMORE (AP) -- The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Baltimore offers condo owners views of the city's harbor and other high end amenities, but one resident wants a personal perk: a gun range.
The Baltimore Sun reports that an architect has been talking to city officials about permits that might be needed to build a single lane range in one of the penthouse-level condos. The architect hired to design the range, John Chalk, tells the paper he was contacted by an interior design company and does not know the name of the condo owner.
The most prominent Ritz-Carlton resident, however, is novelist and gun enthusiast Tom Clancy. Clancy's attorney did not return the paper's calls seeking comment.
