Baltimore Police Investigate Rash Of Shootings
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore Police are investigating a rash of shootings.
Officers reported to a call of a shooting Friday night and found a 15-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound to the hand. He told police he heard at least one gunshot before he was wounded. A second victim of that shooting walked into a local hospital. That victim is 19. He told police that there was a large fight and one person began firing, hitting both the 15-year-old and the 19-year-old. Both individuals are in stable condition.
Later that night, officers reported to Walbrook Avenue for another shooting. They found a 33-year-old man who had been shot in the neck. He was taken to the hospital; his condition is unknown.
Early Saturday morning, officers responded to the corner of Lombard and Register, and found a 27-year-old who had been shot in the torso. He was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition.
