Gov. O'Malley To Attend St. Patrick's Day Parade

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley is scheduled to march in the 56th annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in Baltimore.

The parade starts at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Washington Monument, continuing south on Charles Street and then east on Pratt Street to Market Place.

Other city, state and federal officials are also expected to participate.

The parade will be preceded by the Shamrock 5K race, which begins at 1:15 p.m. at Charles and Franklin Street.
