Convicted Sex Offender Pleads Guilty To Child Porn

BALTIMORE (AP) — Federal prosecutors say a convicted sex offender has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.

Shane Stoner, 28, of Cambridge entered the plea Thursday. He will be sentenced June 8.

According to his plea agreement, Stoner, in 2009, took nude photographs of a 15-year-old girl. In January 2010, Stoner photographed his sexual abuse of another 15-year-old.

In 2002, Stoner pleaded guilty to a fourth-degree sex offense.

did these girls willingly participate in this activity ? if so,why are they not being charged with accessory before during and after the fact?

Double standards apply. Can’t say this guy is a wonderful upstanding citizen but your right, don’t sound like the girls were forced to do anything. If they were not forced then even at fifteen they are wise enough to know right from wrong

plea agreement – I hate those two words!! He did it, it’s a fact and proven so why a plea. Put him away and never let him be on the outside of a confined area again. He does not deserve that right. 2 offenses and and with the plea he’ll get reduced time. Sorry – IT JUST IS NOT RIGHT. And those involved in the prosecution of this degenerate would sing a whole different song if the victim was a family member or friend.
