Halethorpe Gets New MARC Station

HALETHORPE, Md. (AP) -- A groundbreaking ceremony is being held for a new $21 million Halethorpe MARC commuter rail station.

Gov. Martin O'Malley is scheduled to attend the event Monday. Rep. John Sarbanes and Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz also are scheduled to attend.
