BLOG: Home Opener
Can this just go on forever please??? The Orioles defeated the Detroit Tigers 5-1 yesterday behind the hitting of Brian Roberts, Nick Markakis, and Matt Wieters. Jake Arrieta chipped in with another quality start for the birds who are now 4-0 on the young season. The Orioles are 38-23 since Buck Showalter took over last season. I think even the most reluctant Orioles supporter is starting to get that urge to believe. Hopefully we are still this positive on May 1st. Only time will tell.
