Rolley Opens Mayoral Campaign Headquarters
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore mayoral candidate Otis Rolley is opening his campaign headquarters.
Rolley, who served as former Mayor Sheila Dixon's chief of staff and as city planning director, will officially open his new headquarters Wednesday evening on The Avenue in Hampden.
The Democrat is aiming to unseat Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake in the city's September primary.
