Man Found Guilty Of First-Degree Murder In Girlfriend’s Death

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) — A Baltimore County jury finds a man guilty of first-degree murder.

Police say Frederick Christian, 31, shot and killed his girlfriend, Jerryell Foster, during an argument in 2009.

Foster, 23, was last seen at the Cockeysville apartment she shared with Christian and her young daughter. Foster’s body was found on the shoulder of I-95 in Virginia in March 2010.

Christian was also convicted of using a handgun in Foster’s death.

A sentencing date for Christian was not set, but prosecutors say they will ask for life without parole.

take him out back and execute him,
    post haste.
Why would I want countless hundreds of thousands spent
    on this loser,to house him,
    feed him,
    clothe him,
    Health care him,
    educate him,
    and weight room him.
    Tell me why ?

Just excute the garbage so we don’t have to pay for him to live another 60 years in prison

His fellow jail mates and God will give him his just reward.
I still pray for the victim’s daughter (although she is a victim herself).

This is why we need the Death penalty here. I am sick & tired that my & anyone else taxs going it to keep this one & others murders alive like the one in the eastern shore that kill & the body find of the girl on Christmas day.. Once in they should not get no tv, good food, cheap health care, weight room or anything else that they get. There is e-mail one time saying the ones in jail get better treament then the nursing homes to read it got to

It should be like the old saying ……An eye for an eye. He should not live another day. Why should he enjoy looking at cable TV, eating good meals, getting free health care, and an education at the taxpayer’s expense. He should die for his crime.

And tell us again, O’Malley, how people of this state don’t believe in capital punishment…This woman’s family deserves justice…NOW!

“Victims have a dignitary interest in justice & vindication without interminable delay caused by guilty prisoners attempts to stave off punishment.”

“Too much mercy, often resulted in further crimes which were fatal to innocent victims who need not have been victims if justice had been put first and mercy second.” – Agatha Christie

notice how many white people are commenting about this being a race issue? NONE. Weird. Cause if you look at the story just above this one about yeardley love, it is filled with Comments from black people pulling the race card. You know because only murders of white people get attention….hence this article…right? just making a point. May this poor girl res tin peace and thanks god this guy will pay.
