A.A. Community College President To Retire

ARNOLD, Md. (AP) — The president of Anne Arundel Community College says she will retire next year.

Martha Smith has informed the college’s board of trustees that she plans to step down on Aug. 1, 2012.

Smith has served as president since 1994.

The board will begin searching for the college’s next president.

    As an alumnus of Anne Arundel Community College, best wishes to Dr. Smith in her retirement. She has helped make Anne Arundel Community College what it is today.
