BROOKVILLE, Md. (AP) — Montgomery County police have charged two men in the shooting death of a Prince George’s County man found shot to death in the driveway of a vacant Brookville farmhouse more than a year ago.

Alex Nando Roman, 18, was found shot to death in January 2010. His death was the county’s first homicide of the year. Police charged Timothy Jackson, 20, of Montgomery Village and David James Wilson, 20, on Friday with first-degree murder.

Police say sources gave them details about Roman’s slaying and identified Jackson and Wilson as suspects. They believe the motive behind the slaying was Wilson’s belief that Roman was stealing from him.

Both men are currently being held without bond at the Montgomery County Detention Center.

    By the cheapest means possible.

Gee, isn’t that the way they do it in China and Russia ? Maybe you should move to a communist country and you would be happier about the way the law is conducted.

      1. Pappy Anderson says:

why dont you move and let us fix this country that whiny cry babies like you are destroying. prisoners should have no rights, period.

Where have you been all these years! First, you must remember that “justice is blind”. And therefore, secondly, they (criminals) are innocent until PROVEN guilty. Third, laws are for the criminals’ rights, not the victims’. Fourth – there are the lawyers; enough said on that subject. Finally, you have the judges; enough said on that subject also.

Never see the death penalty in this state with all these libs around. Need to get rid of them first. Start with OWE MALLY and that hundred year old troll Barbara Mikulski.

    1. pigeon says:

Hey everywhere – don’t pick on the troll – she still has another 1/4 of a century to go before she’s 100. Heaven help us!

  4. sheriff willie says:

The death penalty has been proven over the years to not be a deterrent to murder. Some of the highest murder rates in this city & state were during the sixties & seventies & Md did use the death penalty. Look it up across the nation. Murder is usually caused by a acy of emotional violence & murderers do not think logically until after the fact. Execute them, I have no problem with that but it will not reduce murders. Just look @ Texas & Florida where they whack them left & right & they keep on coming. Oh BTW, Texas allows anybody to carry a gun.

I agree with Doug they should be executed…just like they executed my little brother Alex…Or maybe that is the easy way out…Maybe you should sit and know for the rest of your pathetIc life that now the happiest thing in your lives will be an extra phone call her and there.I hope you see my little brother’s face every night before you go to sleep and in every dream just like I do. No they just need to be executed!!!
