there is one thing that you all have to remember and that is that sometimes, when kid do the illegal things that they do is because they see every day from their parents, relatives and soo on. They may not have had the upbringing that you had you know these kids may not have a family at home, noone to teach them right from wrong, to show them the way that people are supposed to behave.
