Public Can Help Judge Save The Bay Photo Contest

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is holding a Save The Bay photo contest and the public can help judge.

The bay foundation is putting selected images online beginning Monday morning for public judging. The photos will be available until May 6. People can vote as many times as they like for a "Viewer's Choice" award.

The bay foundation is holding the contest to promote awareness of conservation issues relating to the bay.

Photos do not have to be of the Chesapeake itself, but can include a body of water in the bay watershed. The bay foundation says it is looking for images that illustrate the beauty, benefits and bounty of the bay and its watershed.
