AAA, Md. To Give Free Cab Rides For Cinco De Mayo

BALTIMORE (AP) -- People in Baltimore who do a little too much celebrating on Cinco de Mayo can take advantage of a program offering free cab rides.

For the first time, AAA Mid-Atlantic, the Maryland Department of Transportation and Yellow Cab are partnering to offer free cab rides on Cinco de Mayo.

The Tipsy?Taxi! program runs from 4 p.m. Thursday to 4 a.m. Friday. The free rides are available to anyone age 21 or over who has been drinking in a Baltimore city restaurant or bar. The rides are free, up to a $50 limit.

Those wishing to use the service must call 877-963-TAXI.
