Baltimore City Tries To Stop Sewage Spill

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — More than 10 thousand gallons of raw sewage have poured into Herring Run and workers are still trying to stop the spill.

It happened near Harford Road and Argonne Drive.

The Department of Public Works says the sewage overflowed because someone illegally dumped a carpet into a manhole.
