Was it one of those rice rocket idiots showing off and trying to pull a wheelie? I saw two of those idiots doing that up in Maryland yesterday. Is it wrong for me to hope they wipe out everytime I see someone do that?

i bet you’d be singing a completely different tune if it were your family or friends. she was my friend. and she was an amazing person.

  3. Bikerboy says:

Were the cops chasing the bike?? Is it another great police chase gone bad? Leave us bikers alone and let us ride!

Does it really matter – Those two people died a horrible death and will be missed by their families. I wish common decency not hatred would prevail. And if you were not on the scene, please dont judge. I am an EMT – and it doesnt matter if you’re on a bike or in a family van. – death is a tradegy regardless.

  5. Steve says:

“leave us alone and let us ride”…So would your statement mean that you are completely for the motorcyclists who drive recklessly, speeding in and out of traffic at speeds greater than what would be considered intelligent?

  6. see things from all sides says:

No, I’m saying that it could have been any other driver who was speeding or drinking. Or texting or fighting with others in the vehicle. Yes, some rocket riders drive like idiots, but seen bentleys to old toyotas drive like maniacs as well. Myself, husband and son all ride bikes from harleys to speed bikes, but we drive and obey the laws – we have mud trucks, work trucks, sedans etc…

No matter what the cause was it’s a horrible situation. She had a young son and he will never get to really know his mother. Losing two lives will have a dominio effect on their families and friends. My heart goes out to both of their families. RIP to both souls.

why do people think they have the right to make assumptions about things they know nothing about. I appreciate the EMT’s comment. I think we should rally to help the grieving families instead of making bad remarks about a possible cause.
Even if a cause could be known….that cause will not help the grieving families now.

I’m very grateful to those who posted condolences. I am the twin brother of the rider. Two amazing lives passed on the morning of the 8th. To those who posted negative comments and assumptions, you should be completely ashamed of yourselves. God forbid this would happen to you and people would rush to conclusions about what may have happened. Again, thank you to those that care and send your sorrow. It’s a very sad event that words do not describe. We all need to stop and appreciate the loved ones in our lives as they can be taken without warning.
