OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) -- The Coast Guard says one person has died and five others were rescued after their boat capsized near Ocean City.

The 18-foot pleasure boat capsized around 9 a.m. Saturday at the mouth of the Ocean City Inlet.

Coast Guard officials say one of the six people on the boat was unresponsive when crews arrived Saturday morning. The man was pronounced dead at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin after CPR efforts were unsuccessful. His name and age weren't immediately available.

Maryland State Police are investigating.
