Police ID Man Whose Remains Were Found
CUMBERLAND, Md. (AP) -- Authorities in Allegany County have identified a homeless man whose remains were found last week near the Rt. 220 south Park & Ride near Cumberland.
The body of Robert Lee Hovermale Jr., 61, was found June 14. The Office of the State Medical Examiner used medical records to make the identification.
Police say the autopsy showed no signs of trauma and toxicological tests are being conducted. Foul play is not suspected.
