Man Crashes Pickup Truck Into Glen Burnie Home

GLEN BURNIE (WJZ)— A man was taken to Shock Trauma Sunday morning after driving his pickup truck into a vacant home in Glen Burnie.

The crash occurred around 3:15 a.m. in the 7700 block of Baltimore Annapolis Blvd.

The 26-year-old driver has serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

Officials are still investigating the cause of the collision.

    3:15am on Sunday morning? I’ll give you three guess and the first two don’t count. I’m willing to bet he was drunk behind the wheel, lost control and plowed into the house. Thank G-d it was vacant so no innocent people were injured.

    Leah, the driver is a newspaper deliveryman. Yeah, they’re up that early and no, they’re not drunk. He is my son.
