ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) — A 14-year-old girl who lost her life during a sailing lesson on the Severn River was laid to rest Tuesday.

Family and friends gathered for Olivia Constants’ funeral in Annapolis.

Constants drowned last week when her harness got tangled underneath her capsized boat.

An investigation by the Natural Resources Police is expected to take several weeks.
