Choosing Travel Time Can Ease Holiday Traffic

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- The Maryland Transportation Authority says choosing your travel time wisely can help avoid holiday traffic delays.

For those looking to cross the Bay Bridge, the transportation authority says the best times to travel are Friday before 10 a.m. and after 10 p.m., Saturday before 7 a.m. and after 5 p.m., and Sunday before 11 a.m. and after 10 p.m.

For those looking to stay on the western side of the Bay Bridge, St. Mary's College is holding its River Concert series on Fridays.

The 100th anniversary of naval aviation is the theme for this Friday's concert, which also includes fireworks. The weekly
concerts continue through July 29.
