BLOG: A Great Game But...
We talked about this a lot on yesterday's Vinny & Kenny show (m-f 10-1) but I am still surprised as to how much hype Sunday's USA-Brazil women's soccer game got. It was a fantastic sporting event this much I will grant you, but calling it the 5th most dramatic sporting event of all time as ESPN did is ridiculous. Watching Hope Solo play goalie is impressive but 9 times out of 10 I would watch the Baltimore Orioles struggle than watch "the beautiful game". To me baseball, even it its Vladimir Guerrero hitting into a double play or Matk Reynolds striking out, is a thing a beauty.
