Pa. Man Charged With Peeping Into Windows
OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) -- Ocean City Police have arrested a Pennsylvania man they say looked into apartment windows in Maryland and Delaware.
William Devon Jones, 44, of West Chester, Pa., was arrested Tuesday. He is being held in Ocean City and there are warrants for him in Delaware.
Authorities say Jones rode his bicycle from Ocean City into Delaware and detectives saw him peeping into three apartments. Police say Jones rode back into Ocean City and was seen trespassing on private properties.
Officers say Jones was wanted on second-degree assault and fourth degree sex offense for an incident last month in Ocean City.
