Girl Killed After Car Hits Tree In Baltimore
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore fire officials say a girl has died in a car crash near Clifton Park, and a second child and adult are being treated at a hospital.
Fire department spokesman Kevin Cartwright says officials were called to the crash in the 2700-block of The Alamada about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. He says the car ran head-on into a tree, ejecting the girl. She was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Cartwright says an adult and another child suffered less serious injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment.
He says the cause of the accident has not been determined and police are investigating.
