Teen Hit By Car In Severna Park Dies

SEVERNA PARK, Md. (WJZ) — A teen struck by a car in Severna Park has died.

Kara Micciche, 17, was taken off life support after being hit earlier in the week on Ritchie Highway.

Her boyfriend, Sean Snyder, 18, was also hurt in the incident and is in critical but stable condition.

Micciche's family plans to donate her organs.

Anne Arundel County Police say the driver was not at fault.  He was going the speed limit and stayed at the scene. He couldn't see the teens since they were wearing dark clothing.
