Reporting Steve Davis

The end of the lockout is imminent, and after being held hostage, tormented, and victimized ( in the case of businesses in places like Westminster that won’t have training camp, innocent people are losing lots of money), what will fans do to pay the NFL back?  Nothing.  That’s the long and short of it. The NFL will get a pass, and business will be as usual.  It’s too bad.  The NFL won’t miss any games, and why?  Because your money is too plentiful to pass up.  It would be great, at some point, for fans to stand up and say, enough!  We pay too much money for this.  Fans won’t, because sports are too unique a product, so as long as the demand is great, leagues can continue to jerk fans around so they can pad their pockets as much as possible.
