Woman Charged With Leaving Scene After Police Car Is Hit

SNOW HILL, Md. (AP) -- The Worcester County Sheriff's Office has charged a Salisbury woman with leaving the scene of an accident after a Snow Hill police vehicle was hit.

Jessica Brown, 19, was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance after deputies allegedly found
a small amount of marijuana in her car.

Brown allegedly told deputies she hit the police car and left because she was late for work.
