  1. Upset says:

Not happy about Derrick Mason or Todd Heap being cut, mason top reciever, heap another top reciever and most touchdowns what the ….!

    1. Leonard says:

      Upset I’m upset too!

    2. ERIC says:

tHEY SAY WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR ME LATELY…IN THIS CASE EVERTHING. RAVENS WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN HALF AS GOOD FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS WITHOUT HIM.BLOWN OUT SHOULDER AND ALL (FORGET THAT?) STILL THE BEST PLAYER….WOW!!!!

      1. Pandora says:

I agree Mason played hurt and gave all he had to give. I’m deeply hurt behind the decision made from the front office. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. There are several players to choose from to let go. That last game with Pittsburgh if Flacco has thrown the ball to Mason instead of TJ you can bet he would have caught it, and maybe just maybe the game would have had a better out come. Derrick Mason will be missed. ALWAYS A FAN!!!!!!

  2. The Derper says:

Whatever. They’ll resign after taking less money.

  3. JC Smith says:

Lets just hope our loss isn’t Pittsburgh’s gain!

  4. Jay Holloway says:

The Ravens are in biggggggg Trouble now. What were you guys thinking. You will feel like an ass if Mason or Heap signed with Pittsburgh and scored the winning touchdown against Baltimore to make it to the SUPER BOWL. These players are our bread and butter. That’s why people like me come out to the stadiums to watch my team play. If that was Ray Lewis that you put on the chopping block like that…… believe me alot of people won’t come out to the games at the stadium. Don’t think for one minute that we (Raven Nation) don’t know what’s up I know that there is a better way to handle this

    1. Ron says:

Yeah, don’t go to any of the games and who you’re rage. Because I’m sure there will be at least 10 people who would take your ticket and gladly go to the game. What are the “better way to handle this?”. Listen to the interview again and hear Mason himself say “its the Business of football.” If the front office made this choice, I don’t think they made it at the last minute. They’ve been thinking about this the entire off season over the lockout, and are probably planning something big. And then to say they would go to Pittsburgh is just a ludicrous idea, Pittsburgh doesn’t need another high cost TE or WR. Now Keep calm and enjoy the season!

  5. Marques Carter says:

    Mcgahee, Mason,Heap , Gregg

  6. Marques Carter says:

    Mcgahee Heap Mason Gregg Rehired

  7. LaDasha says:

With all that is going on in this world you people are worried about a football player. Get a life, your concern should focus on helping the inner city poor. Don’t start commenting about entitlements. Look at your history, then comment.

  8. ashley says:

really? get over it. just because there are poor in the city means people cant enjoy football? grow up.

  9. C. Greg Carroll says:

These all make sense except for Mason. Mason was the best (and most underrated) receiver in the league. He was at the top of his game. Letting him go was a HUGE mistake!
