Warrant Charges Teen In Infant Abduction

BALTIMORE (AP) — A 16-year-old girl has been charged as an adult with abducting a 7-month-old Baltimore boy and taking him to Washington.

A Baltimore court commissioner issued a warrant Tuesday for the arrest of Jonae Boozer charging her with two counts of child abduction, assault and burglary.

Police say Boozer was left in charge of the baby, Ki’Yauhn Birch, on Friday evening while his father went to the store. They were found early Monday in northeast Washington.

Boozer was taken into custody and questioned.

The Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office says officials are headed to Washington to serve the warrant.

Burglary, did the father say he let her in his home to watch the baby then go to the store for cigarette for him self also say that she was a friend of a friend.
The one say missing baltimore baby Found In Northeast D.C. did it change it story to that (The baby’s dad says Boozer was an acquaintance) she came to his house and (begging for food and a cigarette) then he left her & his baby to get one for her at the corner store. What did he get food or cigarette for her.
IF it is food why not get some from the house but if it is cigarette he got for her then he should be charge for giveing cigarette to a minor that is against the law. Sorry but this sound fishy to me.
