2 People Killed In Accident On Capital Beltway

FORESTVILLE, Md. (AP) — Two lanes of the outer loop of the Capital Beltway in Prince George’s County have reopened following a fatal multi-vehicle accident.

Prince George’s County fire department spokesman Mark Brady says two people died in the accident Tuesday morning, and two others have been taken to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The accident happened near Ritchie Marlboro Road.

The inner loop of the Beltway and two lanes of the outer loop remain closed in the area.
