BLOG: Bulger Retires; Now What??
News came out early this morning confirming what we had started to hear early in the week. QB Mark Bulger had decided to retire from the NFL. First of all, good for him. He's made a ton of money playing, and if he's satisfied with his career then I'm fine with that part of it. He made a ton of money last season to hold a clipboard for the Baltimore Ravens last season. Maybe he didn't like thinking about the possibility of taking another hit. My question is now what are the Ozzie Newsome, John Harbaugh and company going to do for a backup to Joe Flacco?? The Ravens had what was essentially a fantastic insurance policy last season. Right now Tyrod Taylor is the backup and that should leave no Ravens fan feeling confident.
