It's Plebe Parents' Weekend At The Naval Academy

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- It's Plebe Parents' Weekend for first-year students at the U.S. Naval Academy. A formal parade is scheduled for Saturday in Annapolis.

The weekend marks the first time the new students will spend time with their families since they began Plebe Summer on Induction Day on June 30.

Students in the Class of 2015 were selected from a record number of applicants to the academy.
