Doing the show yesterday (Vinny and Kenny 10-1 weekdays) I was amazed by sentiments expressed by some fans about Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco.  I will admit he’s not an elite QB by any means, but he is still really good.  More than half the league would rather have him starting tomorrow.  Be honest, you think the Washington Redskins would rather have him or John Beck?  How about the Oakland Raiders?  Joe Flacco or Jason Campbell?  Easy choice.  I could go down a list of squads that would gladly take him.  Does he need to get better?  Sure.  Does he need to step up against the Pittsburgh Steelers?  Absolutely.  The Reality is that Joe Flacco is a franchise QB, and he gets better every year.  If that happens again this season, maybe Ravens fans will get closer to that second Lomardi trophy.
