Severe Storms Spark Fire In Perry Hall

PERRY HALL, Md. (WJZ)– Thursday night’s severe storms spark a major fire in Baltimore County.

On Juliet Lane in Perry Hall, lightning struck an apartment complex and sent it into flames.

Firefighters say the upper floors were heavily damaged and some neighbors were left homeless.

Lightening rods are not very expensive. Since the apartment’s insurance did not require them to have one, maybe they will now. And all other should do the same. It costs so little and save lives and well as people’s belongings. May God bless those who lives were disrupted by this incident.

Its actually the 3rd time these buildings have been hit!! August 15, 2008 was the last time, because I’m the one who secured the building after the fire and rebuilt them so the families could be in before the holidays!!! We tried to have them install lightening rods back then!!
